We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Service Coordinator / Dispatcher. In this role, you will be responsible for daily scheduling of our skilled technicians, managing customer expectations, and identifying areas for improvement across day-to-day operations. Core Job Functions:
Daily scheduling of technicians with proactive forward planning and optimal usage of resource
Manage customers’ expectations in accordance with delivery timeframes ensuring proactive communication
Supervise the status of technicians and prioritise inbound requests
Identify areas for improvement across day-to-day operations
Be the point of contact and escalation for any service related issues
Represent Calgary Lock & Safe with integrity and professionalism
Secondary Job Functions:
Identify areas for training and improvement, closing knowledge gaps directly or through collaboration with colleagues and other departments
Work with internal departments to generate and provide customers with quotations for basic service calls
Create service requests / dispatches based on customer information, ensuring that all important information is documented

Hours of Work:
8-hour shifts as required; 8:00 to 17:00 with 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks (unpaid)
Vacation to be pre-booked with sufficient notice in non-consecutive weeks, unless otherwise agree upon prior, as per Company procedures and expectations
Compensation:
$19-25/hour
